Q. How do I set a link to my Aspire reading list (2017/18)
For this academic year (2017/18) staff will need to manually update the link to their reading list prior to releasing their sites.
Usually this link is copied over when you do a site copy, however, updates to the Aspire reading list software has meant that this needs to be manually added this year.
To update the link to your reading list, follow these two steps:
1. To create an Aspire Reading list point:
a. Click on link in the lefthand panel 'Reading and resources'
b. From the grey toolbar, select 'Tools' > 'Reading list'
c. Name the link 'Module reading list'
d. Click Submit.
2. Link to your Aspire Reading list:
a. Click on the title ('Module reading list')
b. The module code and name should display on the left, and 'The list' on the right (if not see*)
c. Click Save
* Type the module code or title of your module into the Aspire reading list search box
Make a selection from the drop down list. Click Save
