We understand that there are times when you may be physically unable to visit the Learning Hub to borrow resources. If you would like someone to collect resources on your behalf please contact us to arrange this. There are lots of ways you can contact us:

Please wait for us to confirm that collection is available before sending someone to collect resources. We will not issue resources to someone on short notice without first arranging the collection. Collections need to be made at a time when our customer service teams are available in the building, this will be discussed when we arrange details of the collection with you.

Many library resources are also available online and you may be able to find an e-version to use through NELSON (login required).
