Students can book Group Study Rooms for an hour at a time, up to three weeks in advance, via the ‘Bookings Non Teaching Rooms’ tile on the Student Hub.

 

Students wanting to book event space as part of a student society should contact Alison.Savage@northampton.ac.uk or Karolin.Richards@northampton.ac.uk who will make the booking on their behalf.

 

Staff requiring event space should use the online booking system on the Staff Intranet (if problems are experienced, please contact space.reservation@northampton.ac.uk).  

 

Please note that requests are mediated to check the space is appropriate and to ensure furniture requirements are dealt with. Ideally 4 weeks’ notice is required for large events so please bear this in mind when booking.
