As a research student you will have two distinct identities on University systems. One is your University ID and the other is your student ID. You should always use your student ID and account for loaning physical library resources. For details of which login to use on the various University systems see the checklist for research students.

We recommend that you only use your student ID but if you are using both, make sure that you are accessing NELSON in an incognito window or you may not see the loans that you are expecting as they are on your other, completely separate, account.
