Q. Why are some student names missing from the Turnitin Inbox?
Sometimes, you may view a Turnitin Inbox before students have submitted and notice that only some of your students are listed (due to the submission link created before student enrollment).
- Click Roster Sync at the top of the Inbox to synchronise your class list.
All students enrolled on the NILE site should now be listed. If that does not happen, or an error message is displayed, please contact LearnTech Support by email or call the helpdesk on 2696, with the NILE site name and Turnitin submission point title.
