2. Grade Centre display
If the Discussion Board is graded as an assignment, the correct grading schema should be linked by selecting 'Edit Column Information' and then changing the 'Primary Display'.
If you select Complete/Incomplete, any grade entered will show as complete (Tick) in both the grade centre and 'feedback and grades' for students.
3. Grading Discussion Board Posts
In the grade centre, instructors can select 'Grade User Activity' to grade posts and add feedback
4. Grading & Feedback
Instructors can review all posts by each student and provide overall Grades and Feedback using the options on the right-hand side.
4. Column view
If the column has been set-up correctly, the number grades will convert to letter grades, and you will see an icon with an orange line through a circle next to the column heading to indicate the grades are hidden from students. To release/hide the grades select 'Hide from students (on and off)'.
