How do I reconnect Kaltura Capture to my MediaSpace account?
It is rare, but there might be a time when you get an error on Capture along the lines that it cannot connect to the server. You might also find you cannot upload a video to your MediaSpace account. If either of these situations happen, you will need to sign out of Capture as it may have lost connection to your MediaSpace account. Once you've followed the steps below and reconnected, you should be able to upload your videos to your MediaSpace as normal. If these steps don't resolve the issue, you can log a support ticket with our team, and we'll look into the issue.
Open Kaltura Capture
Click on Manage
Click on i icon
Select Sign out
Log in to video.northampton.ac.uk
Select Add New
Select Capture Recorder
These steps should reconnect Capture to your account and allow you to upload the videos.
