For students your University PIN will be emailed to you shortly after you complete your enrolment. For staff you will be informed of your PIN during your induction period. We have a guide to viewing or resetting your PIN if you have forgotten or want to change your PIN.
If you are an Associate Member your PIN is used only to access your Library Account, you will be told your PIN once your membership has been processed. If you need assistance with your PIN please contact a member of Library staff who will be happy to help, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or visit the Library Enquiry Desk on the second floor of the Learning Hub during LLS's staffed hours.
