If you are having issues with your camera, microphone or speaker and Webex, there are a few things you can try.

1. Make sure your headphones and microphone are securely plugged in, or your web camera if you are using a separate device, we have all moved and pulled the lead out at some point!

2. When you join the meeting, check your settings to make sure your video and microphone are being used by Webex. You can see that the microphone is not muted as the microphone icon is green. To turn the camera on, click the button and wait a moment:

Menu at bottom of Webex screen

After the meeting has started the settings can still be adjusted using the task bar at the bottom of the screen. Here, it is not muted so there is audio but the camera is off:

Active microphone in green, camera off so icon is red.

3. You can use the arrows on the Mute and Start video buttons to open new menus, with more options:

4. At any time, you can check your headphones, microphone or camera by using the Audio & Video drop-down menu at the top left of the screen:

Speaker, microphone, video and Webex settings in the drop-down menu

5. You can try to resolve these issues by unplugging the device, or turning it off and then on again, and then rejoining the meeting

6. If these steps don't help, you may need to reinstall the microphone, headphones or camera drivers. This can also be the problem with cameras that integrated in your device. You will need to check on the manufacturer's website.
