If you accidentally delete a file or folder in OneDrive either online or through your file explorer, you may be able to recover it later from the OneDrive recycle bin.


Go to the OneDrive website and sign in with your University email address and password. 

1. On the navigation pane on the left, select Recycle bin

Click on the Recycle Bin which is the fourth option from the top on the left side navigation pane

2. Select the files or folders you want to restore by clicking the circle check box that appears when you hover over them

3. Click Restore and this will return the files to their original location.

Click on the restore button the appears at the top left next to the delete button
