If you have problems logging into Cisco Jabber or if the phone services do not load, please try the following steps to reset your Cisco Jabber.


1. Click on the Settings Icon at the top right and select Sign Out

Select the Sign out which is the fifth option on the dropdown menu

2. Once you signed out, click on Reset Jabber

3. If a reset jabber button is not visible click the Settings icon, go to File, and then select Reset Jabber

4. Once you have reset your Jabber, you need completely close Cisco Jabber

5. On your windows Task Bar click on the up arrow near where the time is displayed

6. Find the Cisco Jabber icon, right click it and choose Exit Cisco Jabber 

Right click on the Jabber logo and select the Exit Cisco Jabber option that appears

7. Now relaunch Cisco Jabber and Sign in with your Email Address and Password.
