By default, Outlook automatically creates online Teams meetings for every meeting you create in your Outlook Calendar. This guide will show you how you can turn this off for individual meetings and how to turn this setting off completely so the meetings aren’t automatically created on Teams.
How to turn off online meeting for one off meeting
1. In Outlook go to Calendar
2. Click New Meeting to create a new meeting
3. On the top options bar head to the Meeting tab
4. Click the “Don’t Host Online” button.
You can now continue to create your meeting and it will not be created with an online Teams meeting link.
