1. Open File Explorer and click on This PC and navigate to your Personal R Drive, this can be identified by the drive with your username.

2. Select any files that you need to keep (you can press Ctrl + A to select all files), then right click, and select Copy.

3. Navigate to your OneDrive.

4. On your OneDrive, navigate to the folder you would like these files to be stored in.

5. Right click in the empty space in the folder and select Paste to start the transfer of your files.

6. Once you have moved the files please confirm your have done this and your R Drive is ready for removal
