Q. Why can't I view Videos on NILE using an Apple device?

If you are using the Safari browser on an Apple IOS device such as an iPhone or iPad you may find that you receive a message about allowing third party cookies and no video.

There are two ways to fix this:

safari-cookie11. Install the Chrome browser on your IOS device and use that.

2. Change your cookie settings.

  • Go to ‘Settings’, ‘Safari’, ‘Block Cookies

 Other Web Browsers

You may have a similar problem with other browsers that won’t accept 3rd party cookies. Every browser is a little different, but you will find assistance here: AboutCookies.org
