If you have forgotten your University account password, follow the steps below to reset your password using the Self Service Password Reset portal.
You will need to have setup your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) to be able to reset your password.
1. Go to the Self-Service password portal
2. Enter your University email address in the Email field
3. Next enter the characters displayed in the CAPTCHA image. Then click Next
4. You will now need to select an Multi-Factor Authentication method to verify your account
5. After doing your first method of MFA you will then be prompted to select a second method to verify
6. After verifying 2 forms of MFA, you will now reach the New Password screen where you can enter a new password into both boxes. This password must meet the requirements of the University password guidelines.
7. Once finished, click the Finish button. You will then see a confirmation screen to say your password has been reset.
