You can find the particular reason that your travel claim form was rejected in the email response to your travel claim.
The most common reasons for travel claims being rejected are:
- the claim was submitted outside the 6-month window
- the claim form was incomplete or insufficient evidence for the claim had been provided
- your timesheets (which evidence your claim) were not completed.
