How do I request a future placement? I am a nursing student.

Nursing students can request a placement area for their final placement of year 3 - placement requests for any other placement blocks cannot be considered. The deadline to submit this form is 2 months prior to your final placement commencing.

Requests are at the discretion of the Placements & Work-based Learning Team, Personal Practice Tutors, and the placement provider, and these requests cannot be guaranteed. Placement requests are also subject to capacity within the placement area, at the time of the placement planning timescales.
