Only International students may arrive up to seven days prior to their booked enrolment date. Please note that you will be charged for this additional period at the daily rate stated in the contract, and a revised offer will be issued and sent to you. The charge will also include the welcome weekend.

Any additional rent will be calculated on a per-day basis for each day you arrive early. You will need to accept the revised offer through the accommodation portal before the changes can take effect.

If you are in this position, you can get a temporary access card, providing you are no earlier than 7 days of your contract start date and you can evidence your booked enrolment slot.

During the summer period, the Accommodation office closes at 4:00pm Monday to Thursday on Fridays 3:30pm. These opening hours are in place until 14 September 2026. From 15 September 2026, the opening hours will be: Monday to Thursday: 10:00am to 5:30pm Friday: 10:00am to 5:00pm

  • Arrivals during working hours: Please collect temporary access cards from the Accommodation Office in the Student Village
  • Arrivals out of hours: Please report to the SID desk in the Learning Hub, where the team will assist you and provide access to your rooms
  • Scholars Green Arrivals (Out of Hours): If you are moving to Scholars Green outside of working hours, you will be supported by the Security Team and the Student Village Reception in Simon Senlis
  • These must all be agreed in advance of your arrival.

If you know what date and time you are arriving, please let the relevant team know.
