If you would like to see your personalised timetable, then please check your personal email for details on how to set your password. This email will be sent to you after you successfully online enrol. 

If you did not set your password after online enrolling please use the guest link to the Timetable Portal.

To access a course timetable through the Guest link:

  • Select View My Timetable and then Guest
  • On the left-hand side, select Programme of study in the search area
  • Either scroll down to find your course or start typing in the Search box, then select your course
  • Your timetable can be accessed by selecting Week 01, or you can choose to view it by Day or Month
  • Please also note that the week prior to the commencement of studies, is Welcome and Induction week
  • Welcome packs and that week’s timetable are available. 

Once you have fully online enrolled you will have the option to set your password, or you can wait until you have completed your face-to-face enrolment but you will not be able to see your timetable until then.
