You may need to change your MFA setting, for example you have a new phone. Carry out the following steps and you can change your MFA settings:
1. Log into Office 365 or open up your Microsoft Security Information
2. Log in and perform MFA with an existing method, like the app or by text message
3. On 'My Sign-Ins' screen click '+ Add method'
4. Select a method from the drop-down
5. You can now adjust your settings to add a new phone and delete your previous one.
I'm having trouble with the MFA app, who can help me?
