OneDrive is a cloud service that lets you store and protect your files, and allows you to get access to them from anywhere on any device. It's a very safe way to store and access your files and UON gives all students and staff 1TB of storage space to save your files to.

When using Office apps such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint, it is possible to Save and Open files directly from OneDrive. The steps below will show you how you can sign into your Onedrive account and backup your files to Onedrive.

Backing up files to Onedrive

1. On your Windows taskbar click on the system tray, where you will find the Onedrive icon. "_"

If you can not see the Onedrive icon within your system tray, you will need to search for it in your Windows search bar. "_"
