University of Northampton and Citizens Advice Partnership

We work in partnership with Northampton Citizens Advice to offer an advice and information service for students who have more complex queries, such as relating to DWP assessed benefits, housing and/or debt.

How do I make an appointment with Citizens Advice?

Citizens Advice are currently offering drop-in sessions on the ground floor of the Learning Hub every Tuesday. The representative can be located on the Student Information Desk.

If you are unable to make a drop-in session, please visit the Student Hub to complete a contact form and a representative will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please visit the Citizens Advice website for more information on what they can help you with
