Currently, there are no Library and Learning Services (LLS) staff working at the Waterside Campus. We are still working remotely and still happy to help you with your studies. Do not worry about your Library account or any items you have. We will renew them for you and there is no need to contact us about them. LLS are still here to help you though, so please don't hesitate to get in touch.
If you know who you want to speak to you can contact them directly using firstname.lastname@example.org. It is really helpful if you include your full name and student number when you contact us. If you are not sure who you need to speak to, you can contact the teams with these email addresses:

When staff are not available and you need to talk to someone, you can use our chat service. This runs between 5pm and 9am on weekdays and all day on Saturdays and Sundays. You can click on the flag icon on the main page and a web form will pop out. Enter your name, email and question and a librarian will instantly message you.
