Use our chat service, day or night!

Using the webform
You can also use our web form and fill in as much detail as possible. We check these each working day and will get back to you as quickly as we can.
Attending a drop-in or tutorial
LLS has teams that can support with general library enquiries and give you advice for your studies. Drop-ins are a quick way to ask a question:
The Academic Librarians, Learning Development and Language Development teams also have tutorials available for more detailed advice:
- Booking an Academic Librarian tutorial

You can book a tutorial directly with any of these teams.
