There are three levels to the Complaint Policy:

  • Local / Informal stage - resolved by the area concerned, for example, with your tutor or the department directly concerned
  • Formal / Stage 1 - if the response to your complaint is not considered to be satisfactory, then you can raise a formal complaint.  Please send to scca@northampton.ac.uk
  • Formal / Stage 2 - if the response to your formal complaint outcome remains unresolved or there are grounds for referral to Stage 2 then a formal request can be made.  This must be received within 14 days of the Stage 1 outcome and state the grounds for referral.  Please send to scca@northampton.ac.uk
