The University expects all staff to be receptive to issues raised by students. Most complaints are dealt with by an informal process involving discussions with people in the Faculty of Subject Area where the difficulty has arisen. In some cases, students may feel that their complaint has not been resolved by the local / informal process, you can progress your complaint to the higher levels by completing the Student Complaints Form.
