If you can resolve your issues at the local / informal stage then it will not take very long at all. If you make a formal / stage 1 or 2 complaint then the investigation may take up to three months, perhaps longer if it is during a University vacation. If you want an update on the progress of your complaint then you should contact the Student Conduct, Complaints and Appeals team at scca@northampton.ac.uk
