A member of your teaching team, or a practice / placement assessor, or even a member of the public, may express concern that you are failing to maintain standards and / or conduct appropriate to your intended profession. 

Examples are a breach of confidentiality, inappropriate use of social networking sites, academic misconduct (which may call into question your honesty and integrity) or the discovery of a previously undisclosed offence or conviction.
