At a Student Support Officer (SSO) drop-in you will have an opportunity to have a conversation with a member of the team.  This is a confidential conversation and can be about anything that is affecting you and your studies with us.  Drop-ins are available with our Student Support Officers and are run daily during term time.  We do also offer some drop-in slots outside term time. Each drop-in session will last approximately 20 minutes. You can find the schedule on the Student Hub.

It might be that we can answer your query then and there, or we might need to refer you onto another team or book you in for an appointment in the future to go through things in a bit more detail.
