Once you have received your laptop we will provide you with a leaflet/ information advising how to register your device with HP. You need to register your laptop as soon as possible after you receive it as failure to do so will reduce the warranty on your device (there is a minimum of 1 years warranty on your device however HP will be able to confirm this with you). If you have any problems with your laptop then please contact HP UK support on 0207 660 0403 or have a look at the website, where you can download the manual and get help for how to use your laptop.
