The Ceremonies Team will contact you via email in advance of the event with your invitation and they will also confirm how you can book your attendance. This is usually done around two to three months before the event.

You may receive an invitation prior to being awarded. This is due to the timing of the ceremonies. We would advise not waiting for your results before booking. Anyone who books and then does not award in time will receive a full refund.

Once you have received your invitation, please visit our Graduations at UON web page which contains lots of useful information regarding the upcoming graduation ceremonies. Please note: the web page is often updated therefore it is important that you check this regularly for updates.
