Students can view their results under the Results tab in the MyNorthampton App.
The MyNorthampton App can either be downloaded from the Student Hub homepage or via the app store on your mobile device. Alternatively, you can log into MyNorthampton via the web portal link on the Student Hub homepage.
If you have any trouble logging in to or downloading the MyNorthampton App, please contact IT Services on 01604 893333 or alternatively, please visit the IT Service Desk which can be found on the Ground Floor of the Learning Hub at Waterside Campus.
The MyNorthampton App will always show provisional results; you will receive an email after the Award and Status Board which will confirm your outcome.
Please note: University staff are unable to confirm your grades over the telephone.

Logging in to the MyNorthampton App
- Firstly, log in to the MyNorthampton App using the same username and password that you use to access the Student Hub and NILE. If you have not yet reset your password, your default log in details will be:
Username: Student ID
Password: Your six-digit date of birth (dd/mm/yy) followed by the first two letters of your surname (the first letter must be capitalised), followed by = (the equals symbol).
For example: 060698Sm=
Finding your Results
- Once on the homepage, click on the Results icon
This will take you to the first page of the Results App. Here you will see your email address and course details.
- Selecting the Modules + Results button will take you to the Modules Enrolments page where your module enrolments are shown. You can go back to a previous Academic Year by clicking on the back and forwards arrows
- Selecting the Menu button and then the Results option will take you to the Results page, you will be asked to read a disclaimer statement (in order to proceed to the Results page, you have to click yes)
- After selecting Yes against the disclaimer statement, you can view the Results page where your results information is displayed. Similarly to the Module Enrolments page, you can go back to a previous Academic Year by clicking on the back and forwards arrows
