If a module runs multiple sessions then Central Timetabling can look to move you from one to another.

The restrictions to this are:

  • If there is space on the alternative session - you can’t be added to a session that is already full
  • That the other session is compatible with your timetable and doesn’t clash with another module.

Prior to the start of the academic year Central Timetabling will investigate if this is possible for you.

After the start of the academic year you will need permission from your tutor to change seminar groups.

To do so first complete a Seminar Change Form and take it to your tutor.
