If it is your first time logging into your Applicant Portal, please click on the ‘Reset Portal Password button’ under ‘Having login problems’ – for ‘Applicants, Partners, Agents’ to confirm your details and choose your own password. Your Username will be your Student ID number.

If you are unable to access the portal by clicking on the ‘Reset Portal Password button’ to confirm your details and choose your password, please let us know and we will investigate further.
