How do I correct a mistake or make a change to my UCAS application?

Changing your details

You can make the following changes to your application yourself, via your UCAS Hub:

• Your address and phone number
• Your email address
• You can also change your name, date of birth or passport details by completing an Update My Details Form via UCAS.

Once you have amended your details via your UCAS Hub, the University system will be updated within 24 hours.

Changing your course details

If you would like to change your course, year of entry (course start date) or point of entry (1st, 2nd or 3rd year) please email us at admissions@northampton.ac.uk to let us know, so that we can look into whether this will be possible. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to action any changes to your university application over the phone.

Changing your UCAS replies

If you replied to your offers in the last 14 days, please contact UCAS to make any changes to your replies.

If more the 14 days have passed since you made your replies, please don’t hesitate to contact the University via email at admissions@northampton.ac.uk  to request the change.

Please note, no reply swaps are possible after 25th July 2024.

Changes to exams and qualifications

If you need to amend your exam or qualification details on your application, you can request to do this by completing a Qualification Amendment Form via UCAS.

Additional changes to your application

If you would like to notify the University of any errors or request any further changes to your application, please don’t hesitate to contact the Admissions team at admissions@northampton.ac.uk We can add any additional details provided to your application for future consideration.
