Documents which have been uploaded, or sent into us, must meet the following criteria to be accepted: 

  • be a full page copy of each certificate, not cropped or zoomed in

  • be clear to view

  • match your application details. 

Please note: Uploaded documents should be a maximum of 4mb and in .jpg, .doc or .pdf format. 

If your document has not met these verification checks, we will advise you with an email. A new copy can be uploaded to your Applicant Portal, emailed in, or brought into our Admissions Desk on Wednesdays, 9am-12pm and 1pm-3pm on the ground floor of the Learning Hub.
