For the September intake, if an Occupational Health Check is a course requirement, Firm offer holders will receive an email with instructions for submitting your form in May.

If you apply for your course later in the year, you will receive the Occupational Health Check email shortly after you accept your offer. 

Please follow the instructions provided in the email to complete and submit your Occupational Health Check form. 

If you require any assistance with your Occupational Health Check, please don't hesitate to contact the Occupational Health Team at your assigned hospital. Their contact details are stated in the instructions.
