This guide shows step by step how to add a shared drive to file explorer on your device.

How to add a shared drive

1. Open File Explorer and go to This PC which is located on the left side menu

2. On the top options bar click Map network drive

Click the Map Network Drive button which is located in the middle of the Network section on the top options bar

3. Enter the shared drive location into the Folder field or click browse and search for the shared drive

Enter the Shared drive location into the folder field located to the left of the browse button

4. Click the Drive dropdown and select a drive letter to use (Preferably around the letter C)

5. Click Finish and this will add the shared drive to your file explorer

You need to collect a paper ticket from the kiosk, and wait for your number to be called. You can wait in IT's service area, behind the glass screens to the right of the Student Information Desk.
