This guide shows you step by step how to find the MAC address of your device. MAC addresses of devices are required during the gaming / smart device request process.

Android

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of settings and tap About phone
  3. Tap Status or Hardware information (depending on your model)
  4. Your MAC address will be displayed under Wi-Fi MAC address

Apple iPhone / iPad

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on General
  3. Tap About
  4. Your MAC address should display in the Wi-Fi Address field.

Windows

  1. Click on the search bar of your laptop
  2. Search for Command Prompt and open the application
  3. Type in “ipconfig /all” and press enter
  4. Look for the heading “Wireless LAN adapter Wi-Fi:”
  5. Your MAC address will be listed under here as Physical Address.

MacBook

  1. Click the Apple icon in the top left corner
  2. Select System Preferences
  3. Select Network
  4. Click Advanced in the bottom right corner
  5. Your MAC address should be displayed as MAC Address.

PlayStation

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click on Network
  3. Select View Connection Status
  4. Your MAC address will be displayed next to MAC Address (Wi-Fi).

Xbox

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Select Network
  3. Select Advanced Settings
  4. Your MAC address will be displayed as Wireless MAC.

Nintendo Switch

  1. Select System Settings from the HOME menu
  2. Select Internet
  3. The MAC address in displayed under System MAC Address.
