The University of Northampton has a dedicated gaming and smart device network available for student use. To access this, you will need to register your device. Log in to the IT self-service portal using your student number and password. We have a guide to help you use the portal.
Click on the middle icon 'log a request', in the next menu, click on 'Gaming Registration':
Complete the form with all the details that you have and IT will process your request and will then be in touch.
If you are struggling to find the MAC address of your device a guide on how to find your MAC address can be found here.
I'm having trouble registering my device, who can help me?
