Throughout your apprenticeship journey you will engage with a wide selection of different modules, teaching you the knowledge, skills and behaviours required. Your study will often be delivered in short easy to manage ‘bite sized’ blocks so as to fit in with your work and personal commitments. However, dependent upon your programme, some ‘block sessions’ may be required.

You will also gain learning by the successful implementation of work based projects and initiatives, demonstrating your ability to make a real difference within your organisation. You will be assessed by different methods including reports, presentations, projects, essays and dissertations.

You will often have the opportunity to engage in a number of sessions during each year which are designed to allow you to:

  • Discuss your personal and professional development
  • Discuss and gain feedback about your work
  • Ask questions about the projects you’re working on.
