For students

A University of Northampton Degree apprenticeship will enable you to study for a higher level qualification and gain you professional recognition, all whilst earning a full time salary gaining invaluable workplace experience. They are open to any age group over 18. We have lots of information for you on how apprenticeships can help you.

You will spend most of the week at work (a minimum of 30 hours) watching, learning and getting stuck in. You will be learning from colleagues across all levels of the business, typically working closely with someone more senior who will review your progress and coach you. You will also spend time attending the University, training at work and online. Some apprenticeships use a combination of options; your employer will decide which method works best.
