Don’t worry, we have included some useful tips below which should help.
1. Check you are accessing the Exam Timetable on the Student Hub, not on NILE.
You can find the main venue Exam Timetables on the Exam Dates and Timetables webpage on the Student Hub.
2. Download the MyNorthampton App for free from the App store on your mobile device or via the MyNorthampton link on the Student Hub page.
If you are experiencing any issues with downloading the MyNorthampton App please contact the IT Service Desk on 01604 893333 who will be happy to help.
3. Forgotten passwords:
If you have forgotten your password, visit the IT user portal and select Forgot Password.
If you have any problems resetting your password, please call the IT Service Desk on 01604 893333 or if you are an International Student based outside of the UK, please email Int_ITSupport@northampton.ac.uk.
