1. Check you are accessing the Exam Timetable on the Student Hub, not on NILE.

You can find the main venue Exam Timetables on the Exam Dates and Timetables webpage on the Student Hub.

2. Download the MyNorthampton App for free. 

If you are experiencing any issues with downloading the MyNorthampton App please contact the IT Service Desk and they will be happy to help.

3. Forgotten passwords:

If you have forgotten your password or have any trouble resetting your password, please contact the IT Service Desk and they will be happy to help.
