If you have any questions regarding outstanding tuition fees you will need to contact credit.control@northampton.ac.uk. The Ceremonies and Certification team are instructed by the Finance Team when to hold documents, however we do not have access to any further information so we would recommend you contact the Finance Team directly on the email address provided above.

The finance team will let us know when any outstanding payments have been paid and we will arrange for your documents to be sent out as soon as possible.
