First check there isn’t a problem with the platform you are using to view the timetable. It might be that the service is currently unavailable so check another platform to see if the timetable is visible there instead. Timetables can also be viewed online on the Student Hub or through electronic subscription.
If the timetable is working elsewhere but not on the App speak to someone from IT Services at the Student Information Desk to see if it is a problem on your device or a general problem with the App.
