If you have already contacted the University of Northampton PebblePad support team and they have asked you to grant access to your account, please follow these steps. DO NOT follow these steps unless you have specifically been asked, by us, to do so.

1. Log in to PebblePad.

2. Click your Avatar in the top right-hand corner of your dashboard

3. Select Account Settings

3. Select Temporary Access

You can give access to the Learning Technology team within the university or to PebblePad support. Refer to the email you were sent to see who you have been asked to grant access to.

To give temporary access:

  • Step 1: Give full details of the reason you are granting access. Repeat what you wrote on the original contact form and include any further relevant information. You may include the name of the person who asked you to grant access.
  • Step 2: Select Administrator (unless you have been asked to select a specific email address). Choose either LearnTech (UON) or PebblePad Support from the dropdown list
  • Step 3: Temporary access will be given for 5 days
  • Step 4: Select 'Give Temporary Access' (if you are unable to select this, then check that all areas of the form have been filled in)

 

Do not give temporary access unless you have been asked to do so. Please complete the PebblePad contact form to log any technical issues (link on this page).
