Your main workbooks are provided to you and are set up to auto-share when you open and save them. This makes them available to your academic assessors. Workbooks are shared through ATLAS and this is where your assessors will view them.

All of your assets are private until you choose to share them. Anything attached to your workbook is also submitted by association (for example: worked hours, patient feedback forms that you have completed as templates or uploaded as evidence).

If you are advised by your academic assessor that your workbook has not been submitted for assessment then there may have been an error with the auto-share process or you may not have used the option to auto-share when you first opened your workbook.
