If you have tutors who are responsible for specific students, you can use sets to find submissions more easily.
Before you do this, the following criteria need to be met:
In the workspace, click on ‘Management’ and then ‘Sets’.
Click on ‘Set Wizard’
Select ‘Create multiple sets and distribute members’
Click ‘Continue’
Leave ‘Lead Tutors and Tutors’ selected
Leave ‘The manager’s name’ selected
Leave ‘None’ selected
Save
Press the rubbish bin icon, to delete anyone who is not needed such as Learn Tech (UON).
Press the Purple Person Icon to begin adding students to the sets.
Tick the checkbox next to each of the students you want to add, then click on ‘Add selected users’.
These can be amended at any time as necessary. You will still be able to see all the student’s submissions, the sets will just help filter them.
Once the sets have been created, go to the submissions page and you will see a dropdown list with the names of all the sets.
