What type of NILE account do you have?

You have a student account if you log into NILE with an eight digit number that does not begin with the numbers 999. For example, 20189651, 18386749, and 16789321 are all types of NILE student username.

2. Members of University of Northampton staff
You have a University of Northampton staff account if you log in to NILE with a username composed of letters based on your initial(s) followed by the first few letters of your surname. For example, if your name was Robert Allen Zimmerman, your NILE username would be RAZimme.

3. ARMS account users, including staff at UK and international partner organisations
You have an ARMS account if you log in to NILE with an eight digit username that begins 999. For example, 99912345 and 99981676 are types of NILE ARMS usernames.

4. External examiners
You have a NILE external examiner account if you log in to NILE with a six digit username that begins 58. For example, 588356 and 581022 are types of NILE external examiner usernames.
