For information on what templates are and how to use them in your workbook, please see the guidance here: Using templates in your workbook - UON Guide

If the templates in your workbook are not visible to you or to your assessors, please follow the guidance below:

Turn the switch ON

  1. Open the workbook from your assets.
  2. Go to the collection page where the template should be showing
  3. Find the switch and make sure it says ON, and is showing blue. (See image below)

the toogle switch is located on your workbook page and needs to show with the work ONAdd the right tag

  1. Go to the page of your workbook where the template should be showing
  2. Look for the text that comes after 'tagged with'. See image above where the example tag is 'hours'
  3. Save and exit your workbook
  4. Find the template in your assets
  5. Press the  information button
  6. Scroll down until you see Tags
  7. If the tag is there, you will see it underneath. If not, begin typing the tag and you will see it come up. When you see it, click to select it (do not click add!)
  8. You must not remove any tags already there

Once both these conditions are applied, you will see the template in the workbook.
