How do I view a student's submission in Turnitin when I get an error message?
Occasionally, submissions to Turnitin are not processed correctly and you may be unable to view a student's work in order to mark it.
If this happens, you may receive an error message when you try to open the assignment. For example:
In order to resolve this processing error please contact your Learning Technologist who can raise a support ticket with Turnitin. Please do not resubmit your student's work on their behalf because the original submission date will be lost.
